Romans 8:4
so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

We have basic commandments to follow, yet we still seem to pick and choose what we want to do. It's not up to us to pick and choose. God is our Father and we must respect what He says, do what He ask us to. We are reminded not to walk according to flesh, why, because that is our nature, to go with what we feel. We must always be mindful of how we are acting and conducting ourselves. We will be blessed when we focus on the Lord and do what He has called us to do. He has called us to be different. If we are just like everybody else, how are they going to see Jesus in us? When we have our eyes focused on Him, we are going to want to make the right choices and do the right things. You don't have to be like everybody else, their opinion of you is not what matters! Be pleasing to God, keep your focus on Him.
